This policy covers the ygtlabs.ai website, its news email list, and its customer and admin login areas. Each of our products has its own policy, listed at the end.

• Email address, if you subscribe to our news, together with the IP address and browser type at the moment you subscribed (kept with the subscription as proof of sign-up).
• Account details (name, email and a hashed password), if you have a login in our customer or admin area.
• Technical data that every web request carries (IP address, browser type, time), processed by our servers and by Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site.
• A cf_clearance security cookie that Cloudflare may set (for up to one year), used only to protect the site from automated abuse.
• A ts_locale cookie that remembers your language for one year; the page also keeps a copy of that choice in your browser's local storage.
• In the customer and admin areas: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (removed when you sign out or when it expires), and the display theme you pick there, kept in your browser's local storage.

To send the emails you asked for, to run the login areas, to keep the site secure and working, and to show it in your language. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. This site uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Subscriber emails, with the IP address and browser type recorded at sign-up, are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while the account exists. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Our hosting provider and Cloudflare (content delivery and security), only to provide the site.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time by writing to hello@ygtlabs.ai.

This site is not directed at children under 16.

If this policy changes, we update the date above.
