Your work stays
under your control.
This policy explains how YGT Labs AI, LLC processes information when you use the TunerStack Windows application, web portal, and related services.
Overview
TunerStack is a professional automotive software workflow platform. It can display the TunerStack portal in a desktop window, connect a Windows device to an authorized organization workspace, monitor folders that a user or administrator explicitly configures, and securely transfer eligible automotive calibration files to that organization's TunerStack workspace.
Information we process
Account & workspace
Name, email address, organization or tenant identifiers, account roles, authentication/session information, device-pairing status, and support messages.
Device & diagnostics
App version, Windows and device information needed for compatibility, device identifiers, IP address, security events, upload state, error details, and privacy-filtered local application logs.
Automotive files
Only for configured watch folders or explicit uploads: file content, filename, size, cryptographic hash, timestamps, selected tool/profile, recognition results, and customer or vehicle assignment information supplied by an authorized user.
Website & portal
Essential cookies or local storage, session state, browser/WebView technical data, requested pages, and security logs required to provide and protect the portal. We do not use TunerStack desktop data for targeted advertising.
Tenant keys, local preferences, and device credentials may be stored on the user's Windows profile. Sensitive credentials are protected using Windows user-scoped encryption. Absolute watched-folder paths are not included in server logs. Source files are not deleted after a successful transfer.
How we use information
- Authenticate users and bind devices to the correct organization workspace.
- Deliver portal, file-transfer, recognition, deduplication, and workflow features.
- Maintain upload integrity, resume interrupted transfers, and prevent duplicates.
- Protect tenant boundaries, investigate abuse, and keep the service secure.
- Provide support, service notices, and product or legal updates.
- Meet contractual, accounting, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Depending on your relationship and location, processing is based on performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where required, or compliance with legal obligations.
Retention & security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet tenant instructions, preserve security and audit records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by record type and customer agreement. Uploaded automotive files remain available according to the organization's plan and retention settings; authorized administrators may request deletion subject to legal or backup-retention requirements.
We apply access controls, tenant isolation, HTTPS encryption in transit, cryptographic integrity checks, protected credential storage, restricted logging, and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so users should protect their Windows and portal credentials and promptly report suspected misuse.
Your controls & rights
- Add, review, or remove watched folders in the TunerStack desktop settings.
- Clear the locally stored tenant selection and sign out or revoke a paired device.
- Uninstall the Windows application to stop local background operation.
- Manage portal cookies and account information through available settings.
- Ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Organization-managed accounts may require us to route a request to your employer or workspace administrator. We may verify identity before completing a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children & policy updates

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or laws change. The current version and effective date will always be available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel where required.
